Custom business applications
Internal portals, operational tools and customer-facing applications with clearly defined users, roles, workflows and acceptance criteria.
Build the application, integration or workflow your business actually needs. From an internal tool to an AI-assisted process, start with clear requirements and deliver software that can be operated, supported and improved.
A useful application fits the way decisions, data and exceptions move through your organization. We first examine the process and existing systems, then choose between configuring a platform, integrating tools or building custom software. Security and handover are part of the design, not final-page additions.
Select a focused task or combine capabilities into a defined project. Exact coverage, availability and responsibilities are confirmed before work begins.

Connect CRM, ERP, finance and collaboration systems. Define the source of truth, data mappings, rate limits and how failed or duplicate requests are handled.
Reduce repetitive data entry and manual handoffs. Include approvals, exceptions, activity records and a controlled way to pause the automation.
Scope assistants, document processing or retrieval-based features around approved information and permissions. Evaluate accuracy and keep human approval where errors would have material consequences.
Create operational dashboards and reporting pipelines with explicit definitions, source lineage and refresh behavior. A useful metric needs an owner as well as a chart.
Review existing code, dependencies and deployment processes. Improve maintainability in stages, with regression tests and a recovery path rather than an unnecessary full rewrite.
Test the workflow and user experience before committing to a large implementation. Identify assumptions that still need evidence.
Request a ConsultationDeliver an agreed release in reviewable increments, with tests, controlled access and a documented deployment.
Request a ConsultationPlan fixes, dependency updates and new capabilities around an owned backlog. Separate maintenance obligations from new feature development.
Request a ConsultationTalk through users, decisions, data ownership, failure cases and existing tools before selecting a stack.
Review interfaces and permissions using a prototype. Agree on acceptance examples and integration contracts.
Deliver small reviewable increments. Test roles, error paths, integrations and recovery as well as the happy path.
Document deployment, monitoring, support ownership, third-party dependencies and how to restore a previous release.
Deliverables are agreed in the statement of work. The items below illustrate the outputs to discuss, not automatic inclusions in every engagement.
Illustrative project scenario
Illustrative scenario: requests arrive by email and are copied into a spreadsheet before approval. An initial release could provide a structured request form, role-based review, an audit trail and a controlled connection to the existing system. Automatic approval would remain out of scope until the business rules and exception handling were tested.
Strengthen web applications, APIs, secure design, and delivery pipelines before release.

A successful workflow needs more than a working demo. Design the permissions, exceptions, evidence and recovery path before allowing software to act on your behalf.

Not always. Discovery may show that configuration or integration of existing tools is more practical. The recommendation should follow the process and ownership requirements.
Ownership, repository access and licensing are defined in the contract. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses; the handover should identify those dependencies.
No such assumption is made. Evaluate the task, data sensitivity and cost of error. Deterministic rules and human approval may be preferable for consequential actions.
An assessment of code access, dependencies, deployment and tests establishes whether incremental improvement is feasible and what risks need to be addressed first.
After clarifying user journeys, integrations, data migration and acceptance criteria. Unknowns are recorded explicitly; a discovery phase can reduce them before a larger commitment.
